Taiyaki Studio values the personal information of users of the TAIYAKI AI conversational service and processes it lawfully and securely under applicable privacy laws.
This Policy reflects the information currently collected and used by the Service. If paid payments, marketing messages, or additional external integrations change processing practices, this Policy will be updated and announced.
Effective date: October 9, 2026 (from deployment of this update)

If a user directly enters names, contact information, addresses, financial information, health information, another person's personal information, or other private data into chats or settings, that information may be included in AI processing and conversation history. The operator does not provide signup for users under 18. Users must confirm that they are at least 18 years old, including existing members under the updated requirements. We store the confirmation time and policy version with the account to manage eligibility and consent. Standard signup does not newly collect date of birth; self-attestation does not replace separate identity or adult-content verification.
If the operator confirms that personal information of a user under 18 has been processed, the operator may restrict the account or delete related information.
The operator may process messages, AI responses, character settings, world settings, user profiles, chat room information, and generated content to provide AI conversational features.
AI conversation data is used for response generation, context continuity, user setting reflection, error analysis, safety checks, abuse prevention, quality improvement, and support.
The operator does not sell AI conversation data to third parties or provide it for third-party advertising purposes.
The operator does not provide personal information to external third parties except where the user consents, the law requires it, or a competent authority makes a lawful request.
The operator may entrust processing to service providers such as AI API providers, cloud and hosting providers, payment processors, identity-verification providers, and storage/CDN/security providers, and will manage them as required by law.

Overseas transfers are made only within the scope necessary to perform service contracts. Recipient, country, transferred items, purpose, timing, method, and retention period may vary depending on provider services and policies.
When the retention period expires or the processing purpose is achieved, the operator deletes personal information without delay, except where legal retention obligations apply.
The operator may use cookies or similar technologies for login state, settings, security, error analysis, and usage statistics. Users may reject cookies through browser settings, but some features may be limited.
The operator does not collect behavioral information for targeted advertising or provide it to advertising providers.
Users may exercise rights through service settings or support channels. The operator will verify the request and respond under applicable law. Requests may be limited where legal retention, other people's rights, service provision, or security requires it.
