Refund Policy

1. Withdrawal Period

Users may request withdrawal within 7 days from the payment date. However, if purchased points or passes have been used, withdrawal may be restricted under applicable law and the Terms of Service.

2. Cases Where Refunds May Be Restricted

• Paid points, passes, or other paid goods have been used in whole or in part after payment
• The account is restricted due to a violation of the Terms of Service
• Remaining points cannot be confirmed or recovered due to the user's responsibility, including account withdrawal
• More than 7 days have passed since the payment date

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are cancelled through the original payment method. Card cancellations may take 3 to 5 or more business days depending on the card company and payment processor.
